I haven’t read the entire Quran, but the impression I get is that most of the non-Biblical stories in it were taken almost wholesale from apocryphal Jewish and Christian stories. Even if Muhammad WAS illiterate, he could easily have heard them orally. Not to ruin the joke here or anything, mind you. {g}
